The Pint Glass Company Terms & Conditions

1) General

All goods sold by The Pint Glass Company Limited (hereinafter called “The Company”)are sold subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2) Prices

Our prices on the website www.thepintglasscompany.com are in GBP . The company reserve the right to make adjustments if necessary due to currency fluctuations, raw material or factory costs postal increases.

3) Payment

You will be notified of the delivery charges automatically before you complete your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the payment has completed. Should we see an order where the payment has failed we will assume you did not wish to complete your order. The delivery cost will be based on the delivery address you supply. Should you select an incorrect delivery option we will e-mail you to advise you of this issue. We will hold your payment for one month awaiting your reply. Should we hear nothing from you we will return your payment less any costs incurred by us from our collection agencies.

You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes, which may apply when the products are delivered. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs may be. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

4) Delivery

Our aim is to deliver to you within 4 to 7 days of confirming the order however sometimes delays do happen and it could take up to 4 weeks.

Should you not receive your order within 1 month from the date of dispatch kindly let us know and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. We will however issue a full refund after 30 days of the missing notification being received.

5) Postage

The postage charges will be notified at the end of your transaction and all of our charges are in line with Myhermes Courier Service and Standard Parcel Charges plus packaging for UK Postage and standard European or World Zone 1. Should customers outside of the UK select UK postage and then cancel once the correct postage is notified we will return your cash less and charges from our collection agencies

6) Returns & Cancellations

The Buyer has a right to cancel their order and receive a full refund prior to goods being dispatched. If you receive the e-mail to say your s have been dispatched then you will have 10 days from this e-mail to notify us of your wish to cancel at help@thepintglasscompany.com All postage, packaging and any insurance to return the goods will be at the buyers expense. The costs of the original postage and packaging will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will be issued once all items have been received back at our address in perfect condition and in their original packaging

No cancellations will be entered into if notification is received after the 10 day cancellation period.

If your items are damaged, missing or not as described please contact our Customer Services and we will investigate this immediately.

Where items are damaged or not as described we would kindly ask you to return these products at your earliest convenience in these instances we will offer you a full refund for your postage and replace and return the damaged/incorrect items and no further cost to yourselves.

7) Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable to the customer, or deemed to be in breach of any contract with the customer, by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Company’s obligations in relation to the goods. If the delay or failure was due to force majeure or to any other causes beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

8) Application Law

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts

9) Complaints

We take our customers very seriously and we aim to provide quality customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with any part of the Pint Glass experience then please let us know. If it’s a complaint, feedback or an observation then either send them to us at our registered address
